Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for Kelling Heath

Visitors to the environmental holiday spot scored it with an impressive four and a half out of five prompting the award of the company’s coveted Certificate of Excellence. Numerous reviewers on TripAdvisor commended the staff and the excellent service they provided.

One visitor said: “We found the staff very pleasant and helpful, especially in the bar and dining area.” Another said: The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.”

Trip Advisor said: “The Certificate of Excellence award honours hospitality excellence. The accolade is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor. Approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.” To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Kelling Heath has won a number of awards this year including an Alan Rogers award rating it as one of the best campsites in Europe and the Gold award by environmental campaigner David Bellamy.
